Director, Sales and Business Development (Digital Healthcare) – Apply

Job Description

Responsible for: – Enterprise Pharmacy (Regional) and Independent Pharmacy Digital Product Sales – Telehealth- eGift Card Sales and Business Development (B2B + B2C)- Account Management and Business Development Support with relation to product sales- Manage sales operations and distribution requirements as related to enterprise sales and retail trade partnerships- Manage product P&L, growth, and implementation requirements, as needed- Drive product KPI’s across new business channels

Minimum requirements:- Bachelor’s or equivalent- 10 Years in Health Care sales, eCommerce, Digital, Pharma role or equivalent- Experience in enterprise sales, business development, establishing profitable trade relations in a digital, eCommerce, enterprise – wide business environment- Experience with assisting in sales operations role, helping the onboarding and implementation of a diverse client base.

– Experience in both consumer and direct-to-business sales- Proficient with CRM (ex. Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce) MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote), SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective

Preferred criteria: – Strong Sales, Leadership and Communication Skills- Ability to work within a Start-Up business environment- Proven ability to close and process new deals in a digital healthcare and pharma- Sufficient knowledge with profit building, trade relations and business management- Experience in Account Management, Building Customer Relationships and Engaging Sales Opportunity

Job Responsibilities: – New Product Sales, Business Development and Sales Operations Management- Existing Account Management and Customer Relations- Participate in establishing practices, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature sales growth- Prepare sales reports- Prepare and manage sales pipeline in each of the product categories- Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources, tasks, and pipeline requirements- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership- Understand interdependencies between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and business needs- Manage sales project scope and changes- Assist in the development of Sales Division budgeting, strategic planning, trade shows- Set and continually manage sales pipeline and projects and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders- Monitor, track, and control KPI’s, P&L and client needs as they emerge- Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle- Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
