- Question: How can a pharmacy enroll into Brand PAK?
Answer: A pharmacy can click here to download a copy of the Service Agreement, when completed you will need to submit it direct to sales@bonumhealth.com - Question: What happens after a pharmacist registers and signs the agreement?
Answer: Bonum Health Marketing requires a High-Resolution Pharmacy Logo, pharmacy can complete the form on this page - Question: When can a pharmacy begin to offer the program?
Answer: A member of the Bonum Health sales team will reach out to the pharmacy contact that is listed inside the agreement and prepare them for “go live”. During the call, Bonum Health will review the Brand PAK details. With them This includes the service buy down code, customized website landing page and social media commercials that have been created for them.
In addition, any marketing collateral that a pharmacy may want to add to boost program visibility, this helps promote the telemedicine program for each participating pharmacy and their patient community. After they are registered and ready for go live, additional support questions can be emailed to support@bonumhealth.com or they can contact their Bonum Health Sales Team member directly.

How it benefits your pharmacy
Discount Service Code
The Discount Service Code for your pharmacies is included inside the agreement associated to the membership program, once you sign on to the program, an agreement and program welcome kit will be sent directly to the primary contact email of choice. When counseling patients or local employer groups it is important to guide them about these three easy steps.
Follow these 3 simple steps to get started:
- Download the Bonum Health telehealth app on the iOS app store or Google play store!
- Begin account registration
- When prompted for Discount Service Code: IPBH1220
Once patients are ready to use the service, they can select “Talk to a Doctor Now” and choose their condition. Once they complete a few health screening questions, patients will have the ability to search for your pharmacy and default it as their preferred pharmacy for future use,
pick a discounted payment model and one of our 650+ U.S licensed and board-certified providers will contact them! Provider coverage is available in all U.S states, with the exception of Alaska! Prescriptions will be E-prescribed straight to your pharmacy!
As a reminder, your agreement also includes our buy-down program service code, this code never changes and remains the same for all your pharmacies and applies only to your brand pharmacy. For every user registration where your pharmacy Discount Service Code is entered, your pharmacies will be eligible to receive up to $0.15 per registration! (Depending on your traffic this amount is subject to change).
